Post Tenebras Lux
My computer just froze and delighted a 96% done post. Poopers. I will now try to recreate that post. Lesson learned: SAVE IN MIDST OF BLOGGING!
Our Christmas assignment in photography? Take a photograph that represents the Christian meaning of Christmas. CHALLENGE. How can I take a photograph that represents said theme without a) using a candle in the dark or b) taking a super cheesy dum photograph.
I borrow the Photography Department’s lens baby composer for the weekend, hoping that I would find inspiration in the viewfinder. Friday night: a night on the town with the fam including a leasurely Christmas light scouting drive. INSPIRATION HIT.
A few shots of bokehed (OH HOW I LOVE THAT WORD!) Christmas lights later, and VOILA!!
POST TENEBRAS LUX: OUT OF DARKNESS, LIGHT.
Jesus is the light of the world. He came to save and seek the lost. He came to rescue us from the darkness.
“The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of deep darkness, on them has light shined.” Isaiah 9:2
I just really love Jesus! <3
Like seriously, how cool is that?? ^^
COMING UP: Penny turns 4!
Pray for me, it’s that crazy-finals time of year!
